This work was commissioned as part of the 2022 A Day in the Orchard Festival at Piccolo Family Farm in Griffith, New South Wales.

This EP explores the sounds of the farm, combining live field recordings with musical compositions and improvisations. The EP consists of two parts. Part 1 consists of field recordings made at Piccolo Family Farm on 17th and 18th September, 2022. Part 2 consists guitar and vibraphone compositions that were improvised in response to the field recordings. This EP celebration of coexistence between wildlife and sustainable farming practices. Thank you to Bonnie Owen, Luke Piccolo, Peter Piccolo and Rosa Piccolo for facilitating this work.
